include a phone number with your e-mail message if possible. Normally,
responses are made from 6pm-10:00pm weekdays.
Solutions Are normally resolved as follows...
- You will e-mail or call me for
initial contact
- I will respond to e-mail within
one business day
- We'll decide on a course of action
and I will provide a written estimate
- You will approve and drop off your
computer at Hoya Computing
- I will pick up your computer and
perform a system inspection
- If I cannot fix your problem,
there will be non-refundable $25 fee
- If your problem is resolved, then
you will pay the negotiated estimate
- I will drop off the computer at
