GU Tech Repair We are fortunate and proud to be recommended by Hoya Computing, and we strive to offer the highest level of customer service.

Please note we do not repair Apple products, including Macs and iPods.

Communication The more information that we share, the better service our business can offer. Please include a phone number with your e-mail message if possible. Normally, responses are made from 6pm-10:00pm weekdays.

Solutions Are normally resolved as follows...

  • You will e-mail or call me for initial contact
  • I will respond to e-mail within one business day
  • We'll decide on a course of action and I will provide a written estimate
  • You will approve and drop off your computer at Hoya Computing
  • I will pick up your computer and perform a system inspection
  • If I cannot fix your problem, there will be non-refundable $25 fee
  • If your problem is resolved, then you will pay the negotiated estimate
  • I will drop off the computer at Hoya Computing

Special GU Rates

  • Hourly = $60
  • System Inspection Fee = $25 (non refundable if no solution can be provided)

  • $50
    • Resolve Error Messages
    • Install or upgrade RAM, wireless card, printer, etc.
  • $50-$100
    • Install or upgrade hardware and software
    • Remove Spyware or Virus
    • Backup Computer
  • $100-$200 (parts extra)
    • Replace Laptop Parts
  • $200 (includes hard drive)
    • Install New 60+Gb Hard Drive with Windows XP
